  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices listed on the site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless specified otherwise.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability or payment issues.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Online Bank Transfers, and Credit/Debit Cards.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to pay the exact invoice amount to the courier rider upon delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays caused by third-party logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our direct control.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate. Marjan Fabrics is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, fabric designs, logos, text, graphics, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of Marjan Fabrics. Unauthorized use of any brand assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marjan Fabrics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services, including minor fabric variation from unstitched/stitched care.
