Shipping Policy

At Marjan Fabrics, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, charges, and procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

2. Delivery Time & Domestic Shipping Rates

We deliver across Pakistan using reliable local courier services (e.g., TCS, CallCourier, Leopard).

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of PKR 200 - 250 per order.

    • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders over PKR 5,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready upon delivery to ensure a smooth handoff.

  • Our courier partner will attempt to contact you via phone/SMS prior to delivery. If unanswered, delivery may be delayed or returned.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your package's status in real-time.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

Please double-check your complete delivery address and active contact number during checkout. Marjan Fabrics is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete address details or unreachable contact numbers.
